| Purpose:By studying the improvement in clinical efficacy of Danhong injection and low-temperature plasma ablation nucleus with cervical vertigo, as well as the role of blood flow velocity of neck improve the degree of clinical symptoms in patients with low-temperature plasma in order to verify the nucleus ablation combined Danhong injection can be effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo and the results are obvious.Methods:According to intention to treat principle and randomization of patients, the45patients with cervical vertigo will divided into three groups, each group have15people. One group uses Danhong injection, another group of low-temperature plasma ablation nucleus, as well as a group using Danhong injection combined with low-temperature plasma nucleus ablation approach. After treatment, the three groups of patients were observed in clinical efficacy, transcranial Doppler (TCD) and detect changes in blood flow indicators," cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scales " Subjective symptoms scoring criteria of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy"" before and after treatment. TCD detection data includes left and right sides of the Vertebral artery and Basilar arterys average flow velocity and the main peak. The main changes in blood flow detection indicators are:whole blood viscosity, high-shear, low-shear, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index maximumResults:1. Aspects of clinical efficacy:After treatment, the application of Danhong injection group recovered5cases,3cases markedly effective, effective in3cases,4cases invalid, the total efficiency of66.67%; application of low-temperature plasma ablation nucleus:8cases of patients were cured, markedly effective in3cases, effective in3cases,2cases invalid, the total effective rate was86.67%.Danhong injection combined application of low temperature plasma ablation nucleus pulposus:10cases were cured, markedly effective3cases, effective1case,1case invalid, with a total effective rate of93.33%. Three groups, the other two proups efficacy are better than Danhong injection group,with a significant difference (P<0.05).2. TCD detection indicators:After treatment, TCD results of three groups of patients with varying degrees of change. In the reduced viscosity and hematocrit, erythrocyte maximum aggregation index, no difference between the three groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P>0.05).4In improvement of symptoms and functional assessment questionnaires aspects:the three groups were different degrees of improvement (P<0.05), excellent efficacy which Danhong injection combined with low-temperature plasma ablation group nucleus degree of improvement in the other two groups (P <0.05), and the efficacy of low-temperature plasma nucleus ablation group is better than Danhong injection group (P<0.05).Conclusion:3Treatment groups were effective in treating cervical vertigo, improve the patient’s clinical signs and symptoms, patients with different degrees of improvement vertebral artery, basilar artery blood flow velocity and blood rheology. Means that Danhong injection combined with low-temperature plasma ablation nucleus for clinical efficacy in patients with cervical vertigo more significant, and its mechanism may improve cerebral circulation, reduce pain, relieve spasms of relevant muscle. During treatment, better patient compliance, indicating Danhong injection combined with low-temperature plasma nucleus ablation is a safe and effective treatment options, should be widely applied. |
