Atrial Fibrillation Radiofrequency Syndromes Evolution And Levin Ning The 3rd Party Intervention Before And After Ablation

Objective:1.investigate the TCM syndromes evolution law of atrial fibrillati-on patients before and after radiofrequency ablation treatment.2.observe the clini-cal efficacy of Luofengning No.3Formula treating atrial fibrillation patients after radiofrequency ablation.Method:select radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation patients come from Dongzhimen Hospital; Methods one:use descriptive statistical methods for the98patients from January2012to February2014period meet the inclusion criteria,all enrolled patients conduct traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diffe-rentiation before radiofrequency ablation, after1week,after4weeks and observed the syndromes distribution and evolution law.Method two:use randomized contro-lled clinical studies,siphon41patients which still in line with endogenous collate-ral wind.21cases are divided into treatment group and the control group of20patients.Control group:routine amiodarone0.2g qd,continue to take two mont-hs,no recurrence period,no adverse reactions,disabled after two months.Treatment. groups:use the luofengning No.3Formula based on control group therapy,once a bag,a bag of6grams,2times a day,orally.Experimental treatment lasted four week-s.Using the statistical package SPSS Version17.0for statistical analysis.Using descriptive statistics,measurement data based on mean±tandard deviation (x±s), measurement data between the two groups are compared using the test,count data use rate or proportion(%),Count data are compared using chisquare test,P<0.05indicate a significant.Results:Test1:the TCM syndrome before radiofrequency ablation of AF distribution:Qi and Yin deficiency18case(18.3%),Qi and Blood stasis8case (8.2%), heart and kidney no exchange7case (7.1%),liver and kidney Yin deficie-ncy10case(10.2%),Yang deficiency and dampness3cases(3.1%),endogenous col-lateral wind52case(53.1%).one week after radiofrequency ablation syndromes di-stribution:Qi and Yin deficiency24case(24.5%),Qi and Blood stasis24case (24.5%), heart and kidney no exchange9case(9.2%),liver and kidney Yin deficie-ncy18case(19.3%),Yang deficiency and dampness4cases(4.1%),endogenous col-lateral wind19case(19.3%).Four weeks after radiofrequency ablation syndromes distribution:Qi and Yin deficiency20case(20.4%), Qi and Blood stasis11case (11.2%), heart and kidney no exchange10case(10.2%),liver and kidney deficie-ncy13case(13.3%),Yang deficiency and dampness3cases(3.1%),endogenous col-lateral wind41case(41.8%).Before radiofrequency ablation compared with after1week were significantly different(P<0.05),1week after radiofrequency ablation compared with after4weeks were significantly different(P<0.05).Test2:1.The aspects of Chinese medicine symptom improvement. Chinese medicine symptom efficient of treatment group was81.0%,or the control group was40.0%,the differ-rence was significant (P<0.05),and better than the control group. TCM symptoms after treatment, the difference of the total score between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),the treatment group better than the control group; Chinese medicine symptom effects of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05),the treatment group better than the control group.Individual clinical symptoms in points between two groups,the improvement of palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,sudden pathogenesist,sometimes attack and stop and tongue and pulse were significantly different (P<0.05),the treatment group better than the control group.3.Security side,the routine examination results of blood urine and defecation,liver function,kidney function and blood coagulation and other security related indexes were basically the same as before treatment,no adverse response and adverse events.Conclusion:1.before radiofrequency ablation of AF,endogenous collateral wind syndrome is the most common,followed by Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome; one week after radiofrequency ablation,endogenous collateral wind syndrome edu-ced,while Qi and Blood stasis syndrome increased;four weeks after radiofrequency ablation,endogenous collateral wind syndrome increased again.2.Luofengning No.3Formula can effectively improve palpitations,fatigue,shortness of breath, su-dden pathogenesist,sometimes attack and stop and tongue and pulse Chinese medi-cine symptom of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.3.it has no signifi-cant effect on relapse rate.4.it have a good clinical safety about blood,liver and kidney function,biochemical and thyroid function.
