Clinical Study Yin Deficiency Type Of Proteinuria In Diabetic Nephropathy Treatment â…£ Syndrome Bonding

Objective:By comparing the differents of objective indicators, clinical sy mptoms and quality of life before and after therapy, evaluate the treatmente ffect of "BING ZHENG JIE HE" on diabetic nephropathy IV.Methods:recruit141cases of diabetic nephropathy â…£ and randomly assigne d into three groups:BingZhengJieHe group, TCM group and the comparison group. BingZhengJieHe group will be given TCM and Tripterygium Glycosides,medicine group will be given TCM,the comparison group will be given valsartan capsul es.After3months of treatment, observe the changes of the24-hour urinary p rotein excretion, serum albumin,renal function, liver function,electrolytes, blood count, blood lipids and blood sugar and the improvement of clinical sy mptoms and quality of life situations.Results:The total effect of comparison:BingZhengJieHe group gets the besttreatment effect in January and March, western medicine group followed, the medicine group lowest. but there is no statistical difference between the groups. Three groups after treatment in March significantly improved symptoms (P<0.01), but no statistical difference between groups. Quality of life of the three groups shows no significant difference in scale scores before and after treatment.Comparison of urinary protein:BingZhengJieHe group in January and March24-hour urinary protein excretion is significantly lower. Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group show no significant difference before and after treatment. There is no significant difference among the three groups groups.Effects on renal function:BingZhengJieHe group, Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group all show no significant difference on SCr, BUN, UA after2weeks,1month and3months treatment.There were no significant differences between groups for each indicator.Effects on blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin:BingZhengJieHe groupin January and March shows no significant difference on FBG and PBG before and after treatment. BingZhengJieHe group and TCM group are significantly lower on HbAlc after treatment in March, and the difference was statistically significant.Effects on ion:BingZhengJieHe group and western medicine group have no si gnificant effect on K,Ca,P and CO2CP after treatment. Chinese medicine treat ment group in January and March appeares Ca increased, the difference was st atistically significant. There is no significant difference between groups.C hinese medicine group after2weeks treatment appears C02CP lower (P<0.05), no statistically significant difference between groups.Effects on blood lipids:The TG of BingZhengJieHe group after3months of treatment is significantly lower (P<0.05), no significant difference betwee n groups. There has no significant impact on CHO, HDL, LDL after January and M arch treatment. Chinese medicine group and western medicine treatment group in January and March has no significant effect on TG,CHO,HDL and LDL.Safety evaluation:BingZhengJieHe group and TCM group have no significante ffect on blood pressure. Effects on liver function:BingZhengJieHe group, west ern medicine group after2weeks of treatment AST is significantly higher.B ingZhengJieHe group after3months of treatment ALT is significantly higher statistically significant. There are no significant differences between grou ps.Effects on the blood system:BingZhengJieHe group and TCM group have no s ignificant effect on the WBC,RBC,HGB and PLT,the PLT of western medicine gr oup after two weeks and1months of treatment PLT is significantly higher,s tatistically significant,there is also an increasing trend after3months o f treatment.There were no significant differences between groups. Adverse ev ents situations:BingZhengJieHe group has one case of abnormal liverfunctioConclusion:the treatment method of "BingZhengJieHe" can effectively reduc e urinary protein of diabetic nephropathy IV patients,and no significant ef fect on renal function; can significantly improve Symptom of Oropharyngealdr ying, edema, dizziness, foam urinary symptoms."BingZhengJieHe"treatment for mo st patients with diabetic nephropathy IV is safe,but the treatment should b e monitored for changes in liver function.
