Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of constipation by Jichuan flavored fried prevent knee arthroplasty (total knee arthroplasty TKA).Methods:select60cases of due to knee osteoarthritis patients line TKA are randomly divided into test group and control group, n=30; Test group start taking Jichuanjian fried flavored in the first postoperative day to prevent the occurrence of postoperative constipation, prescription consists of: Cistanche20g, angelica30g, Scrophulariaceae30g, Radix25g, habitat25g, Achyranthes15g, Astragalus20g, hemp seed12g, Alisma9g, Cimicifuga3g, Citrus aurantium6g, walnuts15g, dried tangerine peel10g; control group take blank control; Two groups of patients are given basic precautions constipation:1.preoperative constipation knowledge education,2.the umbilical take local massage,3,.early postoperative ambulation and functional exercise; Observe and record each group time to first bowel movement after surgery,in5days the total number of bowel movements, and spirit, appetite, sleep and other projects.
