Mulligan Technique Combined With PNF Technique Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Treatment

Objective:To study the effect of Mulligan manipulation combine with PNF technique in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:90cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients were divided into3groups by simple randomization,30patients per group.The treatment group use cervical mechanical traction,Mulligan manipulation and PNF technique.The No.l control group only use cervical mechanical traction.The No.2control group use cervical mechanical traction and Mulligan manipulation.We use the visual analogy score(VAS) and the neck dysfunction index(NDI) for evaluation both before treatment and after10times of treatment. Results:When comparing among the3groups, there were no significant differences in VAS and NDI scores among the three groups before10times treatment (P>0.05). Compared with before treatment,after treatment both the VAS and NDI score of each group reduce significantly(P<0.05). After treatment,the VAS and NDI score of treatment group is significantly lower than the control group one and group two(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and NDI score of the control group one is significantly lower than group two(P<0.05).Conclusion:After10times of treatment, the treatment effect of Mulligan manipulation combine with cervical mechanical traction in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is better than only use cervical mechanical traction, meanwhile, The treatment effect of Mulligan manipulation combine with PNF technique in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is the best in this trial.
