Combined Shenmai Levosimendan Treatment Of Severe Loss Of Efficacy Decompensated Heart Failure

ObjectiveObservation of levosimendan joint and wheat can further improve clinical symptoms of severe decompensated heart failure and cardiac function index, can reduce the adverse effects of levosimendan, increase its resistance.MethodsFrom RuShanShi people’s hospital treatment of heart failure patients (June2012to June2013) matching the inclusion criteria in40patients with seere decompensated heart failure, and its simple random divided into2groups, the control group, treatment group and20patients, two groups were given on the basis of drug therapy and control group patients with levosimendan intravenous drip, the treatment group patients in the leosimendan, wheat intravenous drip, observe two groups before and after7days of treatment in patients with the clinical symptom, cardiac function index Left Ventricular Ejection Fractions (LVEF)、stroke volume (SV) to improve the situation, the venous blood b-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) change, the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment2groups of patients.ResultsLevosimendan combined shenmai the total effective rate of treatment group patients was higher than those of levosimendan in the control group, and patients in the treatment group cardiac function indexes (LVEF、SV), of improvement and the decrease of the b-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) was significantly better than control group, incidence of adverse reactions are lower than the control group patients.2group were statistically significant, P <0.05.Conclusionlevosimendan joint shenmai injection can further improve the severe decompensated heart failure in patients with clinical symptoms and cardiac function index, and less adverse reactions after the combination, drug safety and reliability.
