Satisfaction is reflected the people to the organization or service actual feeling compared to expectations, it generally includes the customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Satisfaction in hospital had been widely researched and applied,but it was mainly aimed at customer satisfaction, and the hospital staff satisfaction investigation and analysis were less. Employee satisfaction is one of the important indices for employees’ attitude to work, it’s very important to the employees work efficiency, the hospital management level, the hospital competition and patient-centered service tenet. In the medical and health service system in our country, public hospitals accounted for90%of the share, among them, the grade3comprehensive hospitals were responsible for major clinical and nursing tasks. With the improvement of living standards and medical support capability, and the chronic diseases increased which was caused by the aging population and lifestyle changed, the medical service demand, the grew rapidly.During the recent10years, the size of the grade3hospitals expanded sharply. Because there were not enough authorized doctors and nurses worked in the hospitals, there were more and more unauthorized doctors and nurses employed to serve the patients. This study attempts to research the job satisfaction of the doctors and nurses in the grade3comprehensive hospitals, and the status were considered. Suggestions were put forward to improve the doctors and nurses’work enthusiasm, thus improve patient satisfaction, and enhance hospital competitiveness, and promote the development of medical and health undertakings.Document retrieval and Delphi method were used to establish the doctors and nurses satisfaction questionair, and the survey was launched in two grade3comprehensive hospitals. Via the statistics analysis by SPSS20.0, we could see that the doctors and nurses were not satisfied on their work security, workload, work reward and opportunities of training and so on; and they were satisfied on their work group and hospital management. When the status were considered, the unauthorized doctors and nurses were less satisfied on their job stability than the authorized groups; but the authorized doctors and nurses asked for more on the job support; the unauthorized doctors and nurses who cannot enjoy equal pay for equal work were less satisfied than others on job reward; the unauthorized doctors and nurses who can enjoy equal pay for equal work had higher satisfaction than other states on many aspects such as the work group, work reward and so on. However, when asked their overall job satisfaction, the unauthorized doctors and nurses were less satisfied than the authorized doctors and nurses, which revealed that the different job stability and psychology feelings caused by the status factors could influence doctors and nurses satisfaction.Suggestions were made:the government should Increase financial input to establish salary system adapt to health care, establish the risk safeguard mechanism for doctors and nurses and Improve the personnel system reform of public hospitals.Tthe hospitals should Improve the performance management system, and distribute the payment resonnabily, offer training opportunities and help the doctors and nurses to develop and improve work environment and support the doctors and nurses security. The doctors and nurses should set up correct values and enhance professional identity, make themselves improving on their professional work, improve their moral accomplishment to get along better with patients and their families and set up reasonable expectations for their job. Last but not least, the public should treat the medical results reasoningly and the media should report positively and give people proper guidance.
