| Objective to analyze the extracts of superoxide dismutase activity compound raspberry, validate its antioxidant role in the organism, provide the foundation for the further development and utilization of raspberry resources.Methods the superoxide radicals generated by xanthine and xanthine oxidase reaction system, the latter form of hydroxylamine nitrite, magenta in color agent, measuring its absorbance in visible spectrophotometer. When measured in samples containing SOD, the inhibitory effect of SOD specific to the superoxide anion radical, the formation of nitrite reduction colorimetric determination tube, when the absorbance value lower than the absorbance of the care value, calculated by the formula which can calculate the activity of SOD in the sample to be tested. Compound raspberry extract in mice,7days after the determination of SOD/MDA in serum and liver tissue in mice, and compared with control group.Results compound raspberry extract SOD activity in liquid sample is230.93U/ml. There was no significant difference in the serum and liver of mice were observed between the activity of SOD; serum MDA content had no significant difference in liver tissue homogenate; compound raspberry wine group MDA was lower than that in normal control group, saline group, low alcohol liquor group.Conclusion compound raspberry extract has a high superoxide dismutase activity in liquid; compound raspberry extract has antioxidant effects in vivo. |
