Riane Eisler is a world-renowned scholar, a renowned cultural anthropologist in the United States, a founding member of the General Evolution Research Group (GERG), a fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science and World Business Academy, a Councilor of the World Future Council, and a commissioner of the World Commission on Global Consciousness and Spirituality. Her research has influenced many academic fields, such as anthropology, history, economics, psychology, sociology, educationn.This article focused on Eisler’s success in the field of historical research. It revealed Riane Eisler’s of history viewpoint and the way she studying history. This article is divided into four sections, chapter Ⅰ is an introduction of Eisler’s personal information and provides an overview of international and domestic study of Eisler. Chapter Ⅱ discusses the history viewpoint of Eisler. This chapter is divided into three parts. Firstly, it narrates the viewpoint of Eisler’s prehistory. Secondly, it narrates the macroscopic view of human history. And thirdly, it gives a generalization of the model of human history. Eisler’s prehistory study is affected by new archaeology typology of the United States and Rothschild’s point view, mainly from the perspective of Grand narratives. Eisler was not confined to one place as she investigates historic sites, she takes all the similar culture in the same breathe around the world with similar culture in the same breath into one consideration. Eisler focus on artifacts through archaeological research, exploring social psychology at that time. Accordingly, Eisler comes to a conclusion that neither in Paleolithic societies, nor in the new stone age society, human’s relationship is a cooperative relationship between men and women, rather than oppression. For a macroscopic understanding of human history, first of all, Eisler’s cultural evolutionary theory is to investigate the course of history, that human society is the render loop upward trend, is a linear trajectory. Second, Eisler considered the development of human society, the clue runs through which is the interaction between gender relations. Gender relationships is from cooperation to gender relations between men and women men’s oppression of women, will once again return to gender ideal of mutual assistance and cooperation.In the third part of the study, the article studies Eisler’s methods and attitudes towards history. Eisler tries to study the social history and cultural history. Summed up a period of social status, paint a picture of people at that time, and then obtained the point of view of cultural history of people at that time history of mentalities analysis. From the structural level, with sociology economic perspective brings forward the historical phenomenon, this kind of phenomenon may be common around the world, so is a grand narrative of the new social history, and then from the group psychology, religious, cultural symbol perspective to read, for the exploration of cultural history. The research is of ace of interdisciplinary field, research methods and interdisciplinary the genre.
