The starting point of advertisement and service is in the public interest, to advocate or warning of spreading the public concept and idea, it is advertisement non commercial promoting the construction of spiritual civilization more favorable development. It is essentially advertising but mainly carrier on the social consciousness of dedication and free gifts, promotional ideas are often the behavior or ideas can represent the common interests of the majority of the members of society. Public service advertising theme often revolve around two aspects:the relationship between man and society, harmony between man and nature of the continuation of. The public service advertising is not to profit as the ultimate goal of special forms of advertising. We usually will be different from those of commercial advertising, to arouse the public on some social issues, attention, support or initiate some kind of social welfare and social fashion, and watch people resonate with echo, and promote the harmonious development of society, advertising is called public interest advertisement.As an important force in modern society, culture communication, now the public service advertisement in our country has made great development. But because of a late start, the basis is still weak, so our country public service ads there are still some problems and deficiencies. Finally, I want to talk about is the third long lasting energy-shocking and aftermath of aftershocks.
