Since the nineties, China’s animation industry has been in a bottleneck state for years. In the last twenty years, many animation creators have tried a variety of attempts to break the bottleneck."Pleasant Goat and Big Wolf series have been questioned because of the bad social effect. Many animation fans love the Movie "Quebec ", but they won’t pay for it. These strange phenomenons means China’s animation industry in a bad state:it is difficult to get public attention at home, and in the international arena it even can’t complete with South Korea. After ten years of exploration, research on the status of anime is maturing. Research in this area gradually go from shallow to deep, now more and more researchers have focused on the construction of animation industry, animation and culture, animation and social arenas.In this article, the authors found an unexplored point in the current Chinese animation. The point is that no one notices the implementation of the value of art. The first chapter combed the Chinese animation rheological from1980’s to now. This history shows that the Chinese creators neglected the values of art. The second chapter made a comparison cases, compared to the same period of the development of Japanese anime. At that time, Japan’s animation industry is in a golden age. We find that period of success lies in the Japanese animation groups extracted from its traditional culture with a powerful animation art values.
