At last, because of the network legislation is unsound,many laws and regulations have not come or perfect, which causing reply anomieactions cannot be regulated effectively, and become the important reason of anomieactions’ taking place constantly in some extent.The purpose of finding the reason of reply anomie is to control it effectively, this contains four parts. Firstly, facing some social focus, the society and governmentshould upgrade their capacity and efficiency to respond, deal with the problemseffectively when they occur, and thus to defuse the crisis and curb the reply anomiefrom the source. Secondly, we should strengthen the moral education, promote thecitizen’s virtue and internet consciousness, and reduce the times of anomie from thesubject. Thirdly, we should improve the network monitoring technology, and reducethe times of anomie from the object. Lastly, we should perfect the network legislation,and making the management of network activities lawfully, so that we can safeguardthe reply activities’ development to the reasonable and orderly direction.
