Study And Practice Of Choral Singing Thinking

So far, Chinese Choral Art has owned a mass foundation and practice platform of wide range.However, it is undeniable that the overall choral level of China is still lower than that of overseas,for which there exist several reasons. Most importantly, Chinese choral art is lacking in chorusthought, including thoughts of creation, singing, organization and performance. As for themajority of the artists, they lack chorus singing thought. In connection with that defect, the chorussinging thought and its three basic thought patterns will be firstly expounded in the text. Secondly,linked with aesthetics of musical performances, music aesthetic psychology and music pedagogic,there will be the analysis of characteristics of chorus singing thought and what they matter in theprocess of chorus rehearsal and performance. Thirdly, four representative choral works areselected to expound their chorus creation thoughts and the requested chorus singing thought whenrehearsed. Finally, judging from the questionnaire completed by students and teachers in thechorus teaching at middle and primary schools, the existing problems will be analyzed and someadvices directed towards chorus singing thought and relative chorus thoughts will be proposed tomusic teachers.
