At the same time, teaching Chinese as a second language for foreign learners also get the period of golden development. In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, there has been such a situation:language teaching has long been concerned, and has achieved fruitful research results; Culture teaching is long-term in a state of neglect. As culture become the soft power of influencing national comprehensive strength, the cultural teaching Chinese as a foreign language begins to be concerned, opening academic subject in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,also gradually become researchers’new focus.The Chinese raditional festival has a long history, it is the typical representative of Chinese traditional culture, some folk custom culture in the Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Qing Ming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Chinese Valentine’s Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and the Double Ninth Festival is still the most important things in this days’ festival cultural after one thousand years’ development. To design the lessons of Chinese culture, not only can meet the needs of foreign learners to study the Chinese culture, but also can make learners form a systematic understanding of the Chinese traditional festival culture, and promote their Chinese levels.In accordance with Zhao Jinming’s course design theory about teaching Chinese as a foreign language, these course plans carried on some discussion from the teaching object, teaching contents, teaching principles, teaching methods, teaching objectives. Then designing the plans according to the theory of curriculum design for the Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Qing Ming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Chinese Valentine’s Day, the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the Double Ninth Festival. Because of the characteristic of the Chinese traditional festival culture, these designs take the method of teacher’s taught, but in the lesson plan design, these lesson plans adhere to the principle of practicality, and a flexible variety of classroom activities are used in the lessons, so the students can fully feel the atmosphere of Chinese culture in the situation.Reflection is very important in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
