Cultural Self Socialism Core Value System Perspective

DECISION ON MAJOR ISSUES PERTAINING TO DEEPENING REFORM OF THECULTURAL SYSTEM AND PROMOTING THE GREAT DEVELOPMENT AND FLOURISHINGOF SOCIALIST CULTUR, passed at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth CPC CentralCommittee, has important theoretical innovation and practical significance for promoting socialistcultural development and prosperity. Theoretical innovation culture "Three-Self" includes culturalawareness, cultural self-confidence and cultural self-reliance. Meanwhile, self-reliance has beenput on the height of the theoretical guide.The socialist core value system proposed at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPCCentral Committee is the same strain of the self-reliance and organically connected with this culture.How to combine the socialist core value system and the cultural self-reliance, how to review thecultural self-reliance in the socialist core value system, is not only our performance after learning thespirit of the seventh session of the Sixth Plenary, but also the inevitable requirement aboutdevelopment of the system theory for socialist core value.Guided by the Marxist theory and based on the theory for ideological and political education,this paper integrating used a variety of disciplines including philosophical, ideological pedagogy,sociology, psychology, statistics, etc., correctly grasped the cultural self-reliance in the socialist corevalue system. Through the cultural self-reliance status quo questionnaire analysis, analysts pointedout the problems about the cultural self-reliance and initially propose the solution, and ultimatelydemonstrated the realization of the cultural self-reliance in the socialist core value system.The text is divided into four chapters.Chapter1is introduction, including the background of the topics, research significance, researchstatus and research focus as well as the research ideas, methods and innovation.Chapter2is the overview of the cultural self-reliance in the socialist core value system,including the proposed background of cultural self-reliance, the significance of the basic conceptsand main ideas, the socialist core value system in the cultural self-reliance and the basic contents ofcultural self-reliance.The third chapter focused on the analysis of survey data. Through the survey about Chinesecultural self-reliance, and comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the status quo of theChinese cultural self-reliance, this chapter analyze the deficiencies existed in the culture ofself-reliance of people and need to be improved in the spatial dimensions, and then put forward thesolution for the problem of self-reliance.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper about the countermeasures research of therealization of cultural self-reliance in the socialist core value system. Combined with the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, it has been raised that the socialist concept of honor is the realizationof cultural self-Code of Conduct. This paper also highlights the innovative point through analysisthe realization of the socialist core value system.Taken together, the paper explored to combine the theory of socialist core value system with theculture of self-reliance, creatively put forward that the Chinese culture of self-reliance is within viewof the socialist concept of honor and disgrace.
