Yanliang (its Base) Phonetic Study

Yanliang District situated at the connection area of the Central Shaanxi Plain and the Loess Plateau of North Shaanxi, at the northern end of the "800-li Qinling Valley" and the upper-middle reaches of the Weihe River,and continuous to Weinan city on the east and Sanyuan county on the west,and bounded along the Jing Shan Yuan by Fu Ping county on the north and across the Qinghe River by Lin Tong county on the south. It lies in the northeast of Xi’an city,with50km apart.The Yan Liang dialect belongs to a location dialect of a Zhongyuan Mandarin dialects in the northern dialect.The internal differences of Yanliang dialect are not very obvious and distinct but to be the same,which can be said that Yanliang dialect is being in the era of rapid change.However,no one had studied the whole phonetic system of Yanliang dialect yet.Only the part of Dialect in the Yanliang District Annals had depicted simply and roughly,which is not enough to reflect the feature of Yanliang dialect.The suvery gathered the real corpora by field investigation,used the scientific dialect theory,its idea was to present a set of systematic and comprehensive Yan Liang dialect phonetic system stereoly.This article mainly studies the phonetic of Podi village of Yanliang dialect.The article constitutes by five parts,respectively is:the introduction,the analysis of the Podi village of Yanliang dialect phonetic,the syllabary of the Podi village of Yanliang dialect,the contemporary phonetic changes of the Podi village of Yanliang dialect and the phonetic comparison.The introduction introduces the overview of Yanliang,the research status of Yanliang dialect,the significance and the methods of this topic.The phonetic analysis introduces the system of phonology,common language and colloquial reading and differences of new and old variety in dialect.The syllabary introduce voice and vocabulary outlook. The contemporary phonetic changes analyzes and introduces tone sandhi, nerutual tone,er hua,tone class and so on,the most important is that we found there are two-syllable speech word tone and pattern,and reflects the gradual decline of the modes under the influence of pretige accent.The phonetic comparison analyzes internal and the Chinese mid-ancient pronunciation dialect of Yanliang in order to shows that the appearance and characteristics of Yanliang dialect.In the course of the study,not only used of the conventional means of depiction and historical compare,but also applied of the theory lexical diffusion and fold-phonetic changes to explain the phonological phenomenon,which can reveal their phonological characteristics and developing rule.
