JiaJiawa puppet show is a kind of chinese operas characterised as performaced tools by rod puppetry and singing by local Laiwu Bangzi, and it mainly spreads in Laiwu yangli area of Shandong province, Its characteristic is that the real performer hiden out off the stage and the puppet shown in performance, supportting the puppet body with the center wood by left hand, controlling two puppet side stick to do the action flexibly by right hand.From the perspective of national music, focused on the JiaJiaWa puppet show,based on the field research, the paper will have a comprehensive research to interprerate the JiaJiaWa puppet music culture, including the origin historical, living background, performance system, performance characteristics, performance programs, art form, the survival status. The research is divided into five chapters:Chapter one:the puppet and JiaJiaWa puppet. Firstly, we describe the origin and the development of the puppet show as a whole;secondly,we discuss the origin and background of JiaJia Wa puppet in detail.Chapter two:the overview of JiaJiaWa puppet. This part is consitituted of Jia JiaWa Puppet Troupe organization and inheritance and performing system. The core content of this part is performing system,and the author introduce the role of business, civil and military scenes, props and costumes, performance control, five aspects of creative repertoire in detail,and the author also introduces JiaJiaWa puppet performance characteristics from the singing, playing, rubbing to show cooperattionChapter three:JiaJiaWa puppet performance program. Based on the field research, the content of this part introduces the specific process of normal show.Chapter four:art form of JiaJiaWa puppet. This part introduces concrete plate and singing of the JiaJiaWa puppet, drums and accompaniment music and the same origin and comparison of Laiwu Bingzi opera. The author compares the type of singing, Gong and drum, Qupai with the Laiwu Bangzi one by one,and taking "the chopped child" as an example, the authora makes a detailed comparison from the use of singing melody, Qupai,gongs and drums.Chapter five:the survival status and protection.The author to interpret that why JiaJiaWa puppet show in endangered status from inside and outside aspects,and puts forward some personal advice about how to protect it.JiaJiawa puppet theatre and Laiwu Bangzi theater are in Laiwu Bangzi aria, but they are also changing with the development of times. In the conclusion, the author summarizes the conservation of the traditional singing in the JiaJiaWa Puppet Troupe, and illustrate innovation and the development of Laiwu Bangzi troupe to singing.
