With the deepening of reform and opening up and the acceleration of economic and socialtransformation, it will be an important precondition and fundamental guarantee for thecontinuous development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics to promote anti-corruptionwork continuously and deepen construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and cleangovernment. Currently, in order to escort economic and social development and promote thecontemporary social stability and harmony, it is good for our country to break through thebottlenecks and predicament of construction of a clean and honest administration, when ourcountry based on the present situation of a clean and honest administration and integrate theprinciple and methods of Ideological and Political Education. Therefore, on account of adaptingto China’s anti-corruption work in the new situation and construct a rational system of punishingand preventing corruption, this paper bases on the relationships between construction of a cleanand honest administration and Ideological and Political Education, analyzes the "Honest or CleanPolitics Ideological and Political Education" scientifically, and explores the practical approachesand permanent mechanism, and lastly plays an important role in building a socialist harmonioussociety.The full paper is divided into six parts:The first part is exordium which introduces the background and research status at home andabroad of this text and identified the research methods, value of research and innovative points.The second part is exploring the relationships between construction of a clean and honestadministration and Ideological and Political Education. This part identifies their connotation andcharacteristics, and combing their relationships on the carriers, basic and inherent unity.The third part is basic content of "Honest or Clean Politics Ideological and PoliticalEducation". This part combines construction of a clean and honest administration and theprinciple, methods and rules of Ideological and Political Education, explores new connotation of"Honest or Clean Politics Ideological and Political Education", systematically inspect itsconnotation and characteristics, teaching objects and mayor coverage.The forth part is analyzing the problems and reasons of "Honest or Clean PoliticsIdeological and Political Education". According to the above, this part bases on the presentsituation of a clean and honest administration, explores its main problems and reasons about thecoverage, forms, methods and mechanisms.The fifth part is researching the practical approaches of "Honest or Clean PoliticsIdeological and Political Education". Through the scientific social investigation methods, thispart proposes the practical requires and approaches which are explored from the teaching staff,positions in the construction, media publicity and the legal system and so on.The sixth part is also the last part which is about exploring the permanent mechanism of"Honest or Clean Politics Ideological and Political Education". This part tries to establish itspermanent mechanism, which includes early warning mechanism, psychological intervention mechanism, interest coordination mechanism, incentive mechanism, feedback mechanism andoversight mechanism. The permanent mechanism can ensure the effective implementation of"Honest or Clean Politics Ideological and Political Education" in the long time and guarantee theChina’s anti-corruption work.
