Discussion On The Legal Protection Of Women’s Human Rights

People’s legal awareness and claim of rights has developed, with China’s rapid economic development and significant improvement in people’s living standards. As a vulnerable group, women are the objects of key protection in world human rights, even human rights in China. The degree of protection of human rights of women reflects freedom and democracy.Because of kinds of Historical or practical reasons, women are being discriminated and neglected. Discrimination is widespread depending on gender. It is positive that protection of human rights of women has got rapid development in these years, and receives some achievement. But domestic violence, employment inequality, sexual harassment, dropping out emerge out in our life. These are violation of human rights of women according to gender. It’s not conductive to the stability and developmentPerspective in eliminating discrimination against women, this paper is researching the current situation of human rights of women and analyzing of social Issues. The emphasis is talking about problems in protection in human rights of women in China in order to proposing more powerful and effective measures. There are four parts in this paper. The first part puts forward concept of human rights of women, and then analyses its particularity and importance. The second part mainly looks forward the positive methods in international conventions. The third part proposes out discrimination on gender in society on the basis of great effort of our country. The last past is the most significant part, and it proposes out highly-targeted and operational response measures and countermeasures.
