The Study On The Five Elders’ Moral During The Yan’an Period

"The Five Elders" means the five well-known revolutionists who were old in the Yan’an Era."The Five Elders" as a special group, is a miniature of the communist party of China during Yan’an period. They all have long revolutionary experience, with strong revolutionary faith. They were all served as high and important positions both in the party and the government, thinking about the people sincerely. In Yan’an period, a lofty moral leadership of the "Five Elders", enjoys a high prestige in the inner-party at the same time, shaping a glorious image of the Chinese communist party, winning the people at home and abroad and the universal respect. To study the noble moral leadership in new situation, strengthen and improve the party’s style construction has important reference meanings.The article is divided into four parts to discuss:The first part is a detail description of their moral leadership performance, including the ideal faith for holding, practical wisdom, serving for the people of the sincerity, the courage of criticism and the self-criticism.
