Mechanism Exploration And Research On Minority Areas In Yunnan Province To Resolve Social Conflicts

In recent years, due to the system reform, the structural readjustment, the urban renewal, the suffocation of the benefit demands channels etc. the number of the social conflicts and the mass incidents is increasing year by year. The settlement of the social conflicts and the contagion risks received extensive attention. In the process of the settlement of the social conflicts, on the one hand because of the pressures, the government often regardless of the cost, the effectiveness, which artificially raised the unreasonable demands of social conflicts bodies expected; on the other hand ignore the character and the facts, apply the way to resolve social conflicts just mechanically, that intensified the social conflicts. Based on the analysis of experts, scholars and the government about the social conflicts in theory and practice, through literature study and benefit analysis, author finds out the problems and causes of the social conflicts in ethnic areas in Yunnan Province, and puts forward measures and system framework of the social conflicts in ethnic areas in Yunnan Province in this thesis, expects to put forward new ideas for the sustainable development of the harmonious society in ethnic areas in Yunnan Province.The thesis consists of six parts. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the research, analyzes the present research situation, research methods and innovation places. The second part includes the prospect of the connotation and development of social conflicts resolution mechanism in ethnic areas in Yunnan Province. The third part introduces the practices of social conflicts in ethnic areas in Yunnan Province after the founding of the PRC, and the theoretical analysis of the practices. The fourth part introduces the status, social conflicts in ethnic areas in Yunnan Province, measures to resolve the social conflicts, analysis of the problems and the causes. In the fifth part, the author makes a preliminary discussion about the construction of the social conflicts system in the ethnic areas in Yunnan Province from five aspects, such as propaganda and education, benefit coordinating, benefit demand, social conflicts settlement, the protection of the rights and interests. The sixth part is the summary and research prospects.
