Since the founding of new China, especially after China’s reform and opening-up, our country has entered a rapid development of the current, the undertakings for disabled persons and with the help of the state and society has made remarkable achievements. But undertakings for disabled persons in rapid development at the same time also have a few problems. This article in the Beijing a factory in concentrated employment for the disabled mode for field study, based on personal experience leads to employment for the disabled employment follow-up after service as the main body, take the interview survey method and the method of questionnaire survey, with the application of the theory of social exclusion and social work for the disabled through from May13,2013to June3,21days of the investigation, and to take the typical sampling method to select from the sample companies more than20of the disabled workers after in-depth investigation and analysis in several aspects of the problems in the employment for the disabled:First, the disabled employment faced with the problem of social exclusion. Disabled because of my own existence ability of the body, always let some people referred to as a disabled, think that disabled people can’t do anything, do not admit the disabled ability and value.Second, people with disabilities in employment face employment level difference, the problem of the work. Even after employment for the disabled social exclusion in employment before still can’t eliminate, performance for people with disabilities can only do some underlying basic underlying work, and after the employment for the disabled due to the lack of capacity and unit of choose and employ persons from the work stability is poor.Three is that the disabled own existence problems affecting employment for the disabled. Disabled itself because the people around them early rejection and don’t understand her inner inferiority would not even dare not to communicate with people, and thus lack of necessary skills and training of labor, hinder their employment.From the investigation and analysis can be concluded that the disabled employment situation is still grim, based on the investigation before and after the employment for disabled persons to comprehensive analysis and explore the problem of employment for the disabled is the social exclusion, low employment ability, low levels of employment, job satisfaction and job instability and employment for the disabled employment psychological barriers, so problems, and then to analyze the causes of these problems, and by using the method of social work for the disabled to solve the problem for how to improve the quality of employment for the disabled.
