The Rational Thinking Of The Residents Participating In The Community Governance

With the further development of China’s political and economic reform, biggovernment to the transformation of small government, the relationship between thegovernment and the society from the "strong government--weak society" into the"strong government--strong society" in the process, the community gradually carryingoriginally undertaken by the government and the enterprises and institutions of socialaffairs, city residents from "unit person" to "social man". The community has becomethe public institutions a comprehensive basic indispensable in life. Communityconstruction is a huge systems, requires a lot of manpower, material resources, financialsupport. Given the limited government, rely on the bottom-up more residents toparticipate in community construction. But I think that is the biggest problem facing thecurrent city community construction process is the lack of effective participation of theresidents, this certainly will effect the further development of city communityconstruction. This paper uses the method of theoretical research and fieldwork, attemptsto Suzhou city in the H community survey data as the basis, the behavior and theanalysis on the present situation of our country city community participation ofresidents, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, describesthe research background, research at home and abroad, the related theoretical tools andresearch methods; the second chapter is the residents participating in the basic overview,provide theoretical foundation for the study of the H community; the third chapter, theH community residents to participate in community governance analysis, currentsituation and effect clear the residents to participate in community governance; thefourth chapter is the analysis of the H community residents to participate in community governance implementation reasons, find out the key factors in the H communityresidents to participate in the fifth chapter puts forward the related countermeasure;residents to participate in community governance combination. The last part is summaryof the full text, and the later can be studied further.
