University Basic Construction Management Problem Research

The rapid development of higher education, enrollment expansion, as the basicconstruction work brought hitherto unknown opportunities. The constructions of thenew campus not only meet the needs of teachers and students, but also promote thelocal economic and social development. But under the influence of various factors,the capital construction management in colleges problems，serious impact on thereputation of colleges and universities. How to solve these problems, and furtherperfect the management of infrastructure construction in Colleges and universities,has become the problem of common concern.This article from the university capital construction management currentsituation proceed with, take S university as an example, analyzes the capitalconstruction management process the difficulties and problems, the causes ofproblems and the S university capital construction management experience,combining theory with practice, put forward to perfect the countermeasure of collegecapital construction management.This paper consists of five chapters.
