With China’s fast economic progress since the reform amd opening up,people’s lives have been improved,which made more people raise a strong demand for body-building.Due to its extensive adaptabilty and widely accepted fitness fuction,the martial atrs has been considering as an important means of fitness to meet satisfy various needsamong people especially among the old group.In addition,different kinds of martial arts training organizations and practice groups were set up accordingly.Owing to various social or personal factors,folk wushu growed a good deal problems during its spread and development so that it could’t provide better service to the society.The national fitness program goals were also iimpeded.Various kinds of martial arts orgations and practicians in linyi area as the object of the study,it conducts a comprehensive survey for the present situation of folk wushu with literature,questionnaire,on-the-spotinvestigation and further interview methods,etc.in the guide of the dialectical materialism theory.From the perspective of sociology profit and nonprofit institutions,the study,using the experience of some relevant theoryand research on sports organization,analyses a series of potential problems in the process of folk wushuof linyi area.Some exploratory suggestions are put forwardafterwards.The main content of the study includes:The conclusion of the study includes:1Linyi Folk Wushu formal organization can be divided into for-profit and non-profit organization of Wushu martial arts organization in two forms, two in the form of organization, funding, difference is apparent. The same type of organization in the field, teachers, fund, also put in bigger difference.2Linyi folk informal organization of Wushu in site, size, age, gender, etc. the project is different, but its stability is its obvious feature, such as the practice field is relatively fixed, group identity is higher, the time a relatively consistent.3Linyi Folk Wushu development there are some obstacles, performed in the Linyi area people’s martial arts martial arts supply and demand gap between governmental sports departments; the absence of supervision and social supervision is not enough; the Linyi area folk martial arts organization ability; Linyi Folk Wushu practitioners of martial consumption level; the government sports function departments and various sports organization of scientific fitness publicity.Suggestions are as follows:Establish and perfect the local policy documents, clear government sports departments in the supervision responsibility; setting up the supervision mechanism and perfect the supervision contents and main body of supervision; actively promote scientific fitness knowledge and skills; the establishment of incentive mechanism to stimulate various social forces to carry out the activities of martial arts.
