From the traditional martial arts of Wushu development and, therefore, cannot develop its departure from the traditional martial arts, from the traditional martial arts, traditional and national martial arts will no longer exist, lost its traditional and ethnic sports have also lost the meaning of their existence and value, will be the world abandon. At present, various foreign fighters to be just unfolding there was no parallel in history. The potential influx of domestic, and occupy a space for one person, and competitive Wushu Sanda is alone in a I linger. In this cruel competition, martial arts to the vitality and continuous development, must continue to draw nutrition from the traditional martial arts. This paper takes the traditional Wushu boxing Qigong for three potential of training content, from the three aspects of kinematics, dynamics, biomechanics statics analyzes its influence factors of Sanda before sliding single step technique, but also on the step movement flexibility were tested, and draw the following conclusion:(1) in the first step of single step technique, the experimental group than in the control group in the aspects of kinematics for mobile speed, compared with the control group increased0.0083s; mobile distance, increased than the control group5.66cm; the maximum acceleration, compared with the control group increased0.6866m/s2. In the dynamic performance of mobile phase of ground vertical force, horizontal force and the impulse force are increased in different degree, in order to improve the66.3775N compared with the control group,3.4627N,10.9694N. S. Performance in terms of statics is the height of the center of gravity in the stage of the mobile phase to stable than pre-test slightly low, center of gravity line displacement is measured before more stable; each phase angle around the stable equilibrium than those in the control group, experimental group except the start-up phase (about the difference of9.19degrees, the control group is12.41degrees) and stable stage (before and after the test a difference of6.28degrees, the control group is9.27degrees) is relatively large, the other stages around the stable angle are relatively balance; balance angle the proportion of relatively before increase3%in the mobile phase, the control group only a pre-test increase2%.(2) in the step moving flexibility, the experimental group is reflected in the overwhelming superiority. Before and after sliding test, the experimental group than in the control group increased mean1.6267s; on the left and the right slide, compared to the control group mean increase0.8966s; in the six angle before and after successive sliding test, compared with the control group mean increase1.9444s; in the six continuous sliding angle about testing, compared to the control group mean increased by3.1211s. After multivariate analysis of variance of four indicators derived P values from small to large order:continuous left and right sliding speed quality test six angle line (p=0.001)<six angle line before and after successive sliding speed quality test (p=0.006)<before and after sliding speed quality test (p=0.032)<left and right sliding speed quality test (p=0.241), the first three indexes, P values were less than0.05, a significant difference.
