Purposes:Anaerobic threshold refers to the increasing load of sports aerobic anaerobicmetabolism to the critical point, is the body’s aerobic metabolism ability evaluation criteria,the definition, physiological mechanism, detection method and the practical application hasalways been the hot spot of the scholars study. For anaerobic threshold detection method,lactate threshold is more accurate and reliable detection method, so it becomes booming inscholars to pursuit no traumatic detection method because of the limitation of traumaticdetection method.In recent years, heart rate because of its convenient become the emergingindicators of the monitoring exercise intensity, and has been a new development in the field ofanaerobic threshold. Taking into account the advantages,but it is too sensitive to stimulationfrom internal and external, it is inevitable to make errors in the testing process. Therefore, wequantize the total Heart Rate and use the concept for trying to reduce the transient fluctuationerrors generated by the heart rate during exercise, we named it total heart rate integral,andfind that there are certain rules change in intermittent incremental load between the total heartrate integral and the load,discussing this trend may exists a high correlation with theanaerobic threshold as a hypothesis.Subjects and Methods: Recruiting8subjects of Hebei normal university Major in Sportsand Training.1. The subjects performed two different incremental load exercise,increasingload movement and intermission incremental load respectively,two tests use blood lacticacidas the index to measure lactate thresh. Test the blood lactate data with an independent samplestest to verify the relevance and difference though different movement modes lactate threshold.2. Heart rate integral curve,heart rate integral coefficient curve and blood lactic curve receivethe similar curve, and under the same movement load appear a turning point, indicating highercorrelation exsists between heart rate integral coefficient inflection point and the lactatethreshold.Results:1.Incremental exercise group mean blood lactate levels are significantly higherthan the blood lactate values of intermittent incremental exercise(P﹤0.01).Blood lactatevalue differences between the two movements is very significant.2. Heart rate integral curve, heart rate integral coefficient curve and the blood lactate curve exist consistent change towardthe inflection point in the same exercise load, suggesting a higher correlationheart betweenrate the integral coefficient inflection point and lactate threshold(r=0.90).Conclusions:The experimental results show that the load mode of the two movementsare measured lactate threshold, incremental load exercise group mean blood lactate levelswere significantly greater than the intermittent incremental load exercise blood lactate (P<0.01), indicating that the blood lactate differences between the two movements is verysignificant; Variation of the intermittent incremental load movement, heart rate integral, heartrate integral coefficient and blood lactate and exercise intensity is consistent; Heart rateintegral coefficient curve and the curve of blood lactic appears nonlinear deviation points inthe same load, The correlation is0.90,indicating heart rate integral coefficient of inflectionpoint have higher relevance with the lactate threshold.
