As a new subject of the field of children’s education in China, the implementation of children’s English curriculum has been the general concern of the whole society. The kindergartens of Xingtai city, Hebei province have gained some success in English teaching activities for children, whether in theory or practice, but due to geographical constraints, the degree of economic development and cultural background, the relevant research on how to effectively implement the children’s English teaching is not deep enough. This paper is designed to analyze the present situation of English curriculum in kindergartens of Xingtai city, find the problems and propose some feasible countermeasures which help to promote the theory development of English curriculum of local kindergartens both in the breadth and depth. It also has a vital significance for better implementation of English development. This paper, from the present situation of English curriculum development of several kindergartens in Xingtai city, will separately make discussion and analysis from those five aspects:the object of study and training, English curriculum objectives, contents and implementation of teaching.
