The education is important for the nation. The teachers are important for education. So it i need to strengthen teachers’training work. Due to the development of basic education plays an important role in the whole education, Basic education has a good development in our country’s education career, the education will be good. So the author study primary school teachers’in-service training for An Shan city X primary school. Furthermore, the author analyzes the problems of the teachers’in-service training. What’s more, the author analysis the existing problems of the causes. Finally, the author puts forward several effective methods for The teachers’in-service training. So it can promote the teachers teach better. Besides, it will enable the teachers get lots of knowledge.This thesis is based on documentations research. Through the collection and analysis of the existing materials about The teachers’in-service training. Then select the information. We can get the comprehensive analysis about the domestic and foreign research theory. In the end, we can discuss and put forward effective strategy for the teachers’in-service training. This thesis is based on interview method and observation method. Through the conversation with the teacher, We can know the problems in the process of training teachers, the author puts forward several effective methods for the problems. In the end,We can promote the development of teacher’s work.Through the study of this article, Hope to promote the development of X school teachers’ in-service training better, improve teacher’s teaching ability, promote students to study better.
