Background:the projectile sports as throwing and jumping need fast shoot-up speed and take-off speed. Many athletes and coaches found that in the period of Shoot up or take-off from the ground, the lower limbs of the body often have no access to the power, then feel weak in practical exercises. this phenomenon caused the adverse effects on creating an excellent athletic performance. Currently, the strength training in the projectiles sports as throwing and jumping and so on commonly used the heavy load training style conclude the barbell gravity damping exercises or light load training style,such as earring weight or throwing heavy equipment. Whether there are necessarily links between these traditional strength training and the sense of vanity and force lost in the limbs’final extention? whether there is any unique biomechanics laws in gravity damping strength exercises? Which method can effectively solve the problem of force lost in the final extention? These problem are worthy of us to explore and solve.Purpose:Conduct the strength exercise in different resistance forms for the experimental observation of the characteristic aspects of biomechanics, and prove that the phenomenon of the force lost in limbs’final extention stage scientificly. At the same time, proposed an effective training method to nuture the ability of limbs’final extention of athletes and solve the problem of force lost in the final extention reasonably.Method:Used the self-comparison method to take16ordinary male college students of Ocean University of China to do the comparative experiments of different resistance. The experimental program used the gravity load mix elastic load. The control program used the gravity load only. When the testers did the resistance extention exercises, recorded the major biomechanical indicators of power, speed, acceleration, displacement and force.Results and Analysis:The force and power of back-driving had a obvious declination in the final extention with the gravity resistance. The reason for this phenomenon is that with the degree of the extention, the speed of the limbs accelerated continuously, the body can not keep the acceleration as the action began, and then generate the declination phenomenon of the force and acceleration of body’s limbs. This phenomenon is not conducive to the working ability of each joint and muscles in the period of limbs’final extention. When used the gravity resistance mixed elastic loads, the characteristics that elastic loads increased with the stretch degree effectively compensated for the defect of which the force lost in the gravity resistance extention exercises, then kept the resistance and limbs’force in a high level in the period of final limbs’extention.Conclusion:The resistance and speed in the limbs’final extention presented a obvious decreased phenomenon in the traditional gravity resistance strength training. Used the gravity resistance training devices in a long-term was the important reason for the lack of extention ability in limbs’ final stretching stage, such as throwing and jumping. Gravity resistance mixed elastic resistance exercises could keep the stimulation of the load greater in limbs’final extention, so that it was able to promote the forcing ability in the limbs’final extention better.
