Under the system of market economic, the employment problem of minority college graduates is closely related to social livelihood of the people. Along with the changes of the enrollment expansion of colleges and the industrial structure, the college graduates’employment concept and employment patterns are also quietly changing. As china’s economy develops rapidly, the economy and culture go into the era of globalization Which is more open and advance. The minority nationality college students who are graduated from colleges in frontier minority areas, are facing various opportunities and challenges. Yanbian Korean high school graduates who have experienced a long-term dissemination of traditional culture are gradually becoming more and more mature. In the new era when the globalization and the multi-cultural blend collision unceasingly, a new generation of Korean college graduates are gradually changing the original conservative and traditional employment pattern.
