Ensure That Students’ Successful Study

The research on learning success was from the practice subject. It was gradually established by the study of the "success education" theory and practice. The research is some of the pioneering and innovative research. Researching on students’ success, not only can provide another reference for effective teaching, at the same time, but also to improve the quality of teachers’ teaching, make the teachers’ teaching effect have the effect of get twice the result with half the effort.This article attempts to in the perspective of students’ learning experience, and through classroom observation, questionnaires and interviews and other methods. The author has gone to school collecting the detailed and first-hand information as much as possible, and also has described and analyzed the inner world of student’s learning. Learning to know and studying the present status of the elementary student’s learning success in our country, and also learning the close relationship between the various factors and learning success. At last the author has put forward suggestions for how to ensure students’ success experience in the process of classroom.
