Postgraduate education to cultivate more professional and high-quality talents for the society,plays an important role in the development of our society and economic development. However, with theexpansion of postgraduate year after year, graduate students are no longer God’s favored one, the difficultproblem of graduate employment has become increasingly prominent. Social survey found in recent years,graduate employment rate for three consecutive years less than undergraduates. Then, after the studentsemployment this growing group of the college students’ employment problem, hot issues becomeincreasingly concerned. Previous studies showed that time management disposition, achievementmotivation and occupational choice self-efficacy of college students employment guidance and educationhas very important reference value, but these studies specifically for graduate students rarely, become akind of have to say.This study uses the literature analysis method, questionnaire research, focused on the careerdecision-making self-efficacy of postgraduates, and related research, discusses the achievement motivationplays in between time management disposition and career decision-making self-efficacy effect, thegraduate students and university students in time management disposition, achievement motivation and jobself-efficacy differences. The main research contents are as follows:(1) analysis of differences ineffectiveness of career moving variable postgraduate;(2) study on the relationship between the master oftime management disposition, achievement motivation and occupational choice self-efficacy;(3) the timemanagement graduate students and college students incline, achievement motivation, career comparativestudy self-efficacy. Through the investigation of Henan University317postgraduates and336universitystudents, using confirmatory factor analysis, single factor analysis of variance, T test, correlation analysisand regression analysis and other statistical analysis technology, the conclusion are as follows:(1) graduate students in time management disposition, whether serving as student leaders,whether work or part-time, whether they had received occupation guidance or training and whether thereare significant differences on the only child, there was no significant difference in gender and specialty. (2) the existence of two two positive correlation between time management disposition,achievement motivation and occupational choice self-efficacy.Time management disposition score and thesense of time value dimension and the sense of time monitoring dimension have prediction effect on careerdecision-making self-efficacy.(3) the achievement motivation has a partial mediating effect between time managementdisposition and career decision-making self-efficacy, namely the time management disposition influencejob performance by achievement motivation.(4) graduate students and college students have significant differences in some dimensions oftime management disposition, achievement motivation, occupational choice self-efficacy.
