Based on the theory of teachers’ professional development, the text has built theconnotation of normal students’ professional development and the structure of normalstudents’ professional quality and then, drew up questionnaire together with interviewoutline. The best progress is professional affect, whileprofessional knowledge and professional competence followed. What have maindifferences on normal students’ professional development are the willing to In-Postteaching Practice, the pre-service training, the amount of attending and having a class, and freedom of internship as well. Finally, the problems we have found existed in In-Post teaching practice aftersurveying and interviewing are: the guidance of internship instructors and themanagement of pre-service training are not perfect enough; normal students’ lack of the capacity of education and research; the need of teaching conditions and internshiptreatment. And then we put forward suggestions to improve the In-Post teachingpractice and normal students’ professional development deliberately.
