The three major joints as hip, knee, and ankle joint of healthy adult plays important roleson the movement and balance of human body. Both at home and abroad, there are manydocuments concerning the study on knee joint while the study on hip and ankle joint is less. Inthis study, the German ISOMED2000isokinetic test equipment is applied to test the strengthof lower limb muscle groups of normal healthy adults. This study is designed to furtherevaluate the mechanics characteristics of muscle groups of hip, knee, and ankle joint ofhealthy adult objectively. Based on this, the author attempts to lay the foundation for settingup the evaluation criterion of muscle strength of lower limb muscle groups of healthy adultsand also contributes to the variety of basic study on the characteristic of muscle strength ofhealthy people in our country. In this paper, the German ISOMED2000isokinetic test equipment is used to conductthe centripetal-centripetal experimental test at the low speed(60°/s)and high speed(180°/s),and the centrifugal-centrifugal experimental test at the low speed (20°/s)on the flexion andextension muscle groups of hip, knee, and ankle joint of healthy adults. With the applicationof the T test method, the differences among the mechanics indexes of the same muscle groupwith different speed under the centripetal-centripetal mode, and of flexion muscle group andextension muscle group under the centrifugal-centrifugal mode can be analyzed. In themeantime, the respective low speed mechanics indexes under the centripetal-centripetal modeand the centrifugal-centrifugal mode can also be analyzed. The final conclusion is:(1)In thecentripetal-centripetal experimental test, with the increase of speed, there exists significantdifferences among the indexes of healthy adult’s hip, knee, and ankle joint under the angularspeed of low speed(60°/s)and high speed(180°/s).(2)In the centrifugal-centrifugalexperimental test, there are significant differences between the flexor and the extensor underthe angular speed of low speed (20°/s).(3)Through the comparison of the indexes of theratio under the centripetal-centripetal mode with low speed (60°/s)and the centrifugal-centrifugal mode with low speed (20°/s), it can be concluded that there are differencesamong them. According to the results, it is suggested that:1, the female subjects are suggested toimprove their limb flexion and extension muscle strength properly and intensify exercise.2,the male subjects should improve their flexor strength of hip joint and Units maximum flexorstrength of ankle joint.3, the results achieved in this study are the indexes of the flexion andextension muscle groups of healthy adults, which can be used as the basis of choosing specialtraining methods of sports events by selecting talent athletes according to the different indexesof the specific sports. The indexes can also be used to study the muscle recession regularity ofthe old people to provide the basis of recovery evaluation on athletic ability of human body.
