Analysis And Research On Football Research Papers On Core Journals In The2007-2011Years

This paper, selected550football research papers from17kinds of sports core journalsduring2007to2011as research object, mainly analyzes football research papers, authors,citations and other aspects. Though methods of logic analysis, expert interviews andmathematical statistics, it tries to find out the weaknesses and shortcomings existing infootball research and to put forward some reasonable recommendations. It will providereferential theoretical basis for scholars engaged in football scientific research and to makescientific research serve the football practice better.Conclusion:1. The550footballresearch papers are constituted as105in2007,92in2008,111in2009,116in2010and126in2011. Basically, the number of the papers is increased year by year;2. The averagepages of each paper are4.30, contenting more information than the average of sport papers.Most papers adopt the following methods: Literature data method, mathematical statistics,logic analysis, comparison analysis method, interview method, questionnaire surveymethod, video observation method and experimental method;3. A total number of122funded papers sponsored by various fund projects are published, and the main source ofresearch funding is national funded projects;4. The research has obvious geographicdifferences.5. Most researchers are highly educated professors and associate lecturer;97.2%of the authors of those550papers are from universities, higher than76%the meanvalue of the team of China’s sports research universities teachers;6. The average number ofcitation papers is10.2, much higher than citation requirements of Chinese scientificjournals articles; citation type is journal first, followed by books; citation language is firstChinese, then English.Recommendations:1.To further increase capital investment infootball research;2.To improve the overall quality of the football scientists, and tostrengthen the learning of sports science research methods, basic theoretical knowledge andto strengthen the stock knowledge of related multi-disciplines;3. To further increase thefunding of the various levels, and each core journal should accelerate to enhance its owninfluence and authority, to improve the academic standards of the journal and the capacityof absorbing papers;4. The country should give more support in weak areas;5. Tostrengthen the combination of China’s sports research institutes, competitive footballresearch coach, the college Football researchers and competitive football practice; theuniversity research continue to play the leading role, to make up the lack of researchers in other units; each journal should increase the degree of openness to drafts from other places.More female scientists should be educated;6. To improve the ability of drawing, absorbingand using the latest international information abroad and applied new foreign findings tofootball research;Strengthen the scientific testing methods in the football competition andtraining, such as injure in soccer movement, fatigue recovery in physical training, indexeson physiological and biochemical aspects and competition psychology, etc.
