The Study On Developing Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational Educationin Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture

Vocational education is an important part of the modern national education system, has a special status in the Implementing the strategy of reinvigorating China through science, education and human resources.As the main body of the Vocational Education, secondary vocational education is responsible for training skilled professionals and high-quality workers who will adapt to the needs of modernization highly.In2011,The "two basics" passed the national acceptance in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province, the statewide education has entered a new stage of development.Developing secondary vocational education vigorously,is the major direction of education work in Linxia at present,is the necessary choice of promoting the education by leaps and bounds in Linxia,is an important way of improving the quality of the population and changing population pressure into advantages of human resources,and is the essential needs of building a moderately prosperous society.This paper study the development of secondary vocational education in Linxia in four aspects:First, investigated an important role of the secondary vocational education in the process of economic and social development. Secondly, arranged the situation of the Linxia secondary vocational development.Again, analysised deeply to find the problems of secondary vocational education in Linxia from funding insurence,faculty,students,and professional settings, etc.In the end,some suggestions has been given for the secondary vocational education in Linxia.
