Women’s Water Polo Team In Liaoning Province Research Situation And Development Strategy

Along with water polo project rapid development in female in China, from only one teamin1995increase fourteen teams of female water polo in today’s situation, Liaoning ProvinceSports Bureau follow the structure of State Sports General Administration of the China set upthe Liaoning Province Women’s water polo team in2001and played for the national teamconveying too many outstanding athletes. Since2003, Liaoning coach was assigned to thenational team in the women’s water polo training work, therefore, the Liaoning team has beenin use from2004to2007. However, after the Olympics in2008, the Liaoning provincialwomen’s water polo team returned to training and the training goal is to prepare for the2013national games, Liaoning Province Women’s water polo team should make full of theadvantages in order to turn back the list of the best water polo team in China.This dissertation mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire, expert interview,investigation and Research on the current situation. Focus on players of women’s water poloin fourteen and currently situation of coaches. The main purpose is to find out the gapbetween Liaoning Province Women’s water polo team and other powerful women’s water poloteams. Furthermore, to find the main factors affecting of development of Liaoning provinceand to combined with their own characteristics. Consequently, to find out the developmentdirection of Liaoning Province Women’s water polo team.During the study period, women’s Water Polo Athletes in Liaoning province is moreobvious advantages, which have strong spaces to improve, such as cultural degree, highercultural level and congenital body shape. However, there is no significantly improved on fivemeasures of water polo in team of women’s Liaoning province. On a other hand, Coaches inteam of Liaoning province have higher degree and longer work experience but theorganization and management In the team of Liaoning is still present more problems, forinstance, irrational structure and talent reserve is insufficient and the management system isnot clear.In view of the above problems, the short-term goal of Liaoning Province shouldstrengthen the management of sports teams; reasonable arrangements for the athletes dailymanagement; strengthen scientific training method. In the long term, should as soon aspossible to adjust the mode of training talents strengthen the propaganda Polo Sport inLiaoning province and improve the structure of teacher team.
