The training program was prepared for the upcoming major competition and itwas specifically arranged and well prepared for the competition. Hamid is the mainplayers of the Xinjiang Normal200-meter run sprint team. Many times participatedin lots of major competitions and obtained significant results, this also includes thecompetitions that held inside and outside of Xinjiang.This study used the method of literature, interview, logical analysis,mathematical statistics method, for Xinjiang Normal University men’s200meterssprint team of excellent athletes Ha mid,training arrangements for The9th NationalUniversity Games,advance training time arrangement, training content, methods,means, Intensity of training load, the amount of arrangements detailed analysis,combined with the biochemical indexes pre-competition training, make the bestscheme to establish a set of scientific, perfect men’s200meters run sport strategy,To promote the development of Xinjiang Normal University men’s200metersproject.This research can draw the following conclusions1.The training schedule of pre–competition training of Xinjiang NormalUniversity men’s200meters athletes Ha mid is for7weeks,This training cycle isdivided into four stages. Before the first and two cycles is the stage of adjusting thetraining phase transition,The third period is adjusting the training stage,the firstand two cycles before the competition is for adjusting the training phase transition。The third period is adjusting the training stage,Fourth and fifth period is theadaptation training stage,Sixth and seventh period before match is the adjusttraining stage;2.The advance training of Xinjiang Normal University men’s200metersathletes Ha mid includes special technical training, speed training, strength training,The main method are, Transform training method, circuit training, continuoustraining, repetition training method, the intermittent training method, gamesimulation training method. There are mainly taking some measure which200mtechnology run of three kinds,200meters rhythm run of three kinds, absolute speedof five kinds, speed endurance fourteen kinds, the absolute amount of six kinds,General power of eighteen kinds, special forces of seventeen kinds.3. The pre-competition training load of Xinjiang Normal University track andfield team sprint male200meters athletes Hamid is wave form. The pre-competition training load peak value appeared in the first week,Intensity of training load peakvalue appeared in the fourth week,The pre-competition training load rhythm,medium-large、large、medium-large、small、medium、medium-small;Intensity oftraining load for the rhythm,medium-large、medium、medium-large、large、medium-large、small;4.Measure the highest index of hemoglobin of Hamid Ti and compared it to thehemoglobin index of other athletes and Exercise intensity and The change trend oftraining volume are the same; during the whole training period, Athletesbiochemical index basically are maintained in the normal range,There were noabnormal, science shows that the rationality of training load arrangement;...
