London Olympic Men's Gymnastics Individual Finals Set Exercise Difficulty Characteristics

Meanwhile, as the host, China’smen’s gymnasts in the Olympic Games have made a remarkable record of sevengold,1silver, to achieve a historic breakthrough, to show the world gymnasticspowerhouse of strength.Time flies, the2012London Olympics have ended, men’s gymnast doing ourbest, get3gold,1silver, but compared with the2008Beijing Olympic Games isstill a large gap. Although this result is objective reasons are many, but as soon asthe new and old athletes to enhance athletic ability is an important issue that wesolved, therefore, our study reveals the existence of a problem for men’sgymnastics and to develop effective countermeasures is particularly important.In this paper, the use of literature, expert interviews, video observation andmathematical statistics and other research methods, the London Olympic men’sgymnastics tournament finals (floor exercise, horizontal bar, parallel bars,rings, vault, pommel horse) videos for statistical analysis, analysis of ourgymnasts between elite athletes and the world the advantages and disadvantagesof China’s men’s gymnastics team in order to improve the overall athletic abilityof direction.Research shows that: our men’s gymnastics team in the floor exercise,parallel bars gold still has obvious advantages, the strength horizontal bar,rings the project may still impact gold medal, China’s vault, pommel horseproject lacks a competitive athlete, the obvious disadvantage, the recent maynot have the medal; our men’s gymnastics team in the parallel bars, rings,movement difficulty project selection and arrangement, the movement quantity,but the lack of difficult moves, complete lack of novelty action, resulting inlower quality, we should strengthen the rule research and improve the ability toadapt; sets of men’s gymnastics team in action, although the value of difficultyhas certain advantages, but there is a gap in the movement difficulty selectionand arrangement, as well as innovative and stability of the action.
