In this study as a starting point, Urumqi part aimed atunderstanding the current college sports curriculum project settings; main contentmethod, the status of PE Curriculum Assessment system, the results; usingmeta-evaluation of concepts, principles, methods, establish their own appropriate PECurriculumAssessment system; thus draw the following conclusions:1,Urumqi has been the concept of college physical education curriculumevaluation of the changes on the evaluation of the idea of constantly improving, butthe lack of evaluation methods and means of leading practice guidance, building asound and reasonable physical education curriculum evaluation system, there are stillmany problems to be solved, including: physical education curriculum resourcesand curriculum project settings; each position in the evaluation of the main primaryand secondary physical education learning evaluation process; effective combinationof summative and process evaluation; main focus of sports sports learningevaluation methods of learning assessment; student sports achievement assessment.2, To college sports curriculum learning meta-evaluation requirements in theestablishment of PE Curriculum Assessment model to a clear purpose and object;should adhere to the principle of the right directional curriculum evaluation, theevaluation principles to be correct, rational scientific; evaluation in accordance withthe purpose and requirements of the original aspects of the evaluation process, theelements, the validity of the method to test the reliability and validity of the analysis,to ensure the operability of the evaluation criteria to ensure increased qualityphysical education curriculum.3, Through the evaluation system for educating university course of study envisaged that the main purpose is to study the actual evaluation of sports programs,we should be realistic, everything from reality, combined with the region, thecharacteristics of the school, build their own evaluation system, in practice,evaluation methods and strive to find their own characteristics, and flexible to use,enabling the evaluation function, and promote student development, better completethe task of teaching.4, In the PE Curriculum Assessment process should pay attention to elements ofmeta-evaluation principles, methods, procedures, etc., to establish thecorresponding meta-evaluation monitoring system to ensure the smooth progress ofPE Curriculum Assessment, the better complete the task of teaching.Advice:1,Schools should vigorously support and development also bold and resourcecondition of the course, course project Settings for physical education curriculumdevelopment as the goal, a variety of methods to select the right sports project as acourse project, and to understand the student times sports interest, understandingof school physical education curriculum accept the popularity of the project, to takethe student as this, and complete physical education curriculum objectives.2,On the evaluation system construction, must be in motivating students totake an active part in physical exercise, on the basis of the service in the sportsteaching, service the student development, more attention to the students tocultivate the students’ psychological quality evaluation, to study the actual cutting,strong operability evaluation mode, should according to own actual, establishevaluation content,evaluation method and varied multi-dimensional comprehensiveevaluation system.3,The construction of college PE course learning evaluation mechanism,fromthe Angle of the theoretical basis and practical inspection for learning of collegephysical education curriculum evaluation,supervision and feedback,improvementof reciprocating cycle correction work, make evaluation truly value diversification.
