Abstract:Fairness and justice is the primary value in the Socialist Society. Realizing social equity ties in Equal Opportunity. And the difficult point of obtaining equal opportunity is improving equity opportunity sense. Equity opportunity sense is the important point in affecting social stability. In the urban-rural dual structure, as the weak population, the rural youth many unequal phenomena in obtaining equal opportunity, but the study of equity opportunity sense hasn’t been taken into account. So the study of equity career opportunity sense has a great significance in improve the Equity Opportunity Theory and the chance in obtaining equal opportunity of rural youth.Equity Career Opportunity Sense of rural youth means the subjective perception and judgment when the rural youth obtain during the process of career in compared with urban youth. It can be operated to equity applying for job opportunity sense and equity promoting opportunity sense.This study use the equity opportunity as the angle of view. We use the Self-interest theory and Relative deprivation theory. We select some provinces in the East、Middle and West, and completed the questionnaires in rural youth.The study found,1. The Equity Career Opportunity Sense in rural youth is higher.2. In the structural factors, the level of education and Equity Career Opportunity Sense has a positive correlation; Income and Equity Career Opportunity Sense does not exist significant correlation.3. In the regional factors, regional and Equity Career Opportunity Sense does not exist significant correlation.4. In the internal factors, sex and Equity Career Opportunity Sense does not exist significant correlation; Age、appearance of the image and Equity Career Opportunity Sense does not exist significant correlation; The divorced Equity Career Opportunity Sense is minimum; The Health level and Equity Career Opportunity Sense has a positive correlation.5. In the occupational factors, The Equity Career Opportunity Sense of migrant workers or entrepreneurs are lower than local workers or entrepreneurs; Person who had the discrimination experience have lower Equity Career Opportunity Sense than those who don’t have; Work experience and Equity Career Opportunity Sense has a positive correlation.Determining Weights as a effective way to get rural youth’s career equity opportunity need to environment construct and policy support as the government level; the platform of communication and appeal put up as the social level; education and professional skills promote as the individual level.
