In this paper, the author uses the method of questionnaire and group counselingto survey the college students’ adaptation to their career planning, the relationshipbetween achievement goal orientation and academic self-efficacy, and search theadaptive interference method of career planning to improve the adaptability. About800college students are interviewed among the survey with the questionnaires of theadaptability of career planning, the achievement goal orientation and academicself-efficacy questionnaire.. And the result of the research shows as follow:1. The situation of college student’s adaption to their career planning is notoptimistic at present, and the degree of adaptability is different in different situation.2. The different adaptability results from different gender, part-time job,parenting, and grade.3. Academic self-efficacy plays a significant role in College students’ adaptationto their career planning, so does the achievement goal orientation.4.Relationship between career adaptability and goal orientation and selfefficacy meet the requirements of structural equitation model,Achievement goalorientation plays the intermediary role between the adaptability of career planningand academic self-efficacy.5.According to the group guidance on such participators who is difficult toadapt to their occupation shows that adopting psychological intervention to thosepeople can not improve their adaptability of career planning.
