In recently years, the operation and management of stadiums has been a hottopic. In the future5years, the major task of General Administration of Sportsof China is about that how to use the domestic large stadiums effectively, sothat we can provide quality public services for the general public. By the endof2013, it study the introduction of supporting policies specifically for themajor sports venues, in order to alleviate to some extent the operations of largestadiums problems. The Seventh National peasants’ Games brought great changesthroughout the Nanyang, especially in the numbers of stadiums which representedhardware fitness facility.However, after the game how to make good use of thesevaluable heritage of the peasant movement, how to select the operating mode,how to achieve the group ’s social and sports venues to maximize the economicand other issues have been plaguing Nanyang.To get rid of this dilemma, this paper uses literature, expert interviews,field visits, logical analysis, comparative analysis, empirical researchmethods such as case study analyzes the current large-scale events at home andabroad after the operation and management of stadiums the status quo. Combinedwith the actual situation, from the current macroeconomic environmentcharacterized by Nanyang City, future trends and the status of the early startoperations after the game, in terms of Nanyang City stadium group managementsystem and mechanism, select the operation and management mode, such as theproblems were systems analysis, and then put forward the correspondingcountermeasures to future decisions Nanyang City stadium operators to providesome reference.In this study, the following conclusions are that:1、After the peasant games, the operations management system and mechanismreform is restricted group of Nanyang City stadium operations bad fundamentalissue that must be properly addressed;2、 The current unsatisfactory operational Nanyang City stadium after thegame in general, local remarkable, with better efficiency stadium operators,other venues to be further improved. There is a big problem in the stadiumoperations personnel, management system and incentive mechanism, marketing,etc., needs to be further improved.3、The four elements of successful operations, Nanyang City stadiums meetthe requirements of the regional group internal hardware facilities, othersports atmosphere, facilities, operational concepts and institutional aspects are still large gaps in the short term is difficult to make up.4、With the development of economic, cultural and political constitutionreform, the future evolution of the market hall Nanyang group operationsmanagement model will be a phased, long process; early is more appropriate foradministrative management and corporate operation combined then graduallyevolved into a full market corporate operation mode.The main innovation of this paper is: Nanyang City, combined with the currenteconomic and social development and their future development plans, from themacro to the concrete, from whole to part, to the operation and managementof sports venues after the current status of the system based on the analysisof the problems and countermeasures, proposed the idea of Nanyang City stadiumoperations management group stage of gradual development in the future,specifically targeted and highly practical.
