Purpose: As competitive sports games in the competition increasinglyfierce competition, the core strength training the modern training methods more andmore get of all the sports, the masses amateur training and related scholar’s attention.The study from the perspective of athletic sports, explore the introduction of corestrength training how to scientific and reasonable fitness qigong competition routinesin training, to make it better service to the fitness qigong sports teams. Methods:Fitness qigong to11athletes as experiment object, on the track for three months ofcore strength training experimental research.1related test before experiment, testedonce every month, the next tested4times total, specific test project is core isometricstrength, stable core muscle strength (8abdominal bridges), balance, flexibility, fouraspects. Through spss16.0software data for statistical processing of the test, the testresults are compared, and two statistics about the changes of the four test results, andanalyses the reason of this change. Results:①Different training stages of maleathletes after intervention core isometric strength test result is: the flexor musclestrength before4times comparing with1st test results of treatment with significantdifference; Back extensor muscle strength4times the test result comparing with1sttest result processing have extremely significant difference; Down the left side of the3rd test results with the first test results comparing treatment has a significantdifference; Bow on the right side of the third test results compared with the first testresults have significant differences; We see some changes while the rest of the testresult, but the difference is not statistically significant.②At different stages aftertraining intervention, female athlete’s core isometric strength of various test results,although there is a change, but the statistical result shows its significance and noobvious change.③Different male and female athletes after training intervention ofstable core muscle strength have increased significantly.④At different stages aftertraining intervention, male athletes left foot balance4times test results were compared with the1st,3rd test results have significant differences; Female athletesleft foot balance test results of2,3,4times respectively compared with the first testresults have significant differences; Female athletes right balance of3and4,respectively, and the first time test result compared with the test results it is extremelysignificant difference.⑤At different stages after training intervention, male andfemale athlete’s body flexibility has obvious improvement. Male athletes bodyflexibility, the2nd test results compared with the first test results have significantdifference,3,4test results were compared with the first test results extremelysignificant difference; Female athlete of the2,3,4times test results were comparedwith the first test results have significant differences. Conclusion:①Health qigongcompetition achievement method exercises need to be better in core strength forsupport;②This experiment design of stability of core strength training caneffectively improve the fitness qigong competition of athletes stability of corestrength and balance ability;③Health qigong competition of athletes core strengthtraining program design, should be both strength and flexibility quality;④In thehealth qigong competition achievement method of the scheme design of core strengthtraining, we should pay attention to gender differences between men and women.
