Organizational communication is a critical part of communication,including interior communication and external communication. ExternalCommunication refers to the information flow between inside and outside theorganization as well as the environment surrounding. External communication playsan important role in several aspects in an organization, such as benefit defending,image improvement and propagandizing intensifying. FIA Formula One Grand PrixWorld Championship is known as one of the World Top3Sports, which is the mostadvanced professional racing match,it has sophisticated strategies and procedures,excepting from the commercial operation. FIA Formula One Grand Prix WorldChampionship has built good cooperation relationship with medias in which itmanifests the practice of the external communication through huge information flows.It is effective to develop the organization that perfect strategy of externalcommunication and pertinence methods is necessary. Besides increasing theinfluence, such communication enhances the promotion of F1in the world.This paper integrates the material of FIA Formula One Grand Prix WorldChampionship, through the1iterature data collection. This paper also analyzes themanagement and commercial mechanism of the race match. Finally, Frominvestigations we come to the following conclusions:1. FIA Formula One Grand Prix World Championship has developed more than60years. In different stages, F1organizations or F1teams utilize traditional masscommunications media, new media to implement the external communication. Theexternal communication of FIA Formula One Grand Prix World Championship refersto a certain procedure of communication which mainly includes the informationexchange and public relationship between F1fans, media or the new media, whichbuilt an adequate external communication system.2. Nearly100years developing, several factors influences the effect of externalcommunication of FIA Formula One Grand Prix World Championship, which aresocial culture background, commercial and economic factors and the changed mediaenvironment. The main drivers of the FIA Formula One Grand Prix World Championship are three aspects as below: firstly, the social culture backgroundsurrounding this race mach; secondly the commercial and economic surrounding thisrace mach; thirdly, the influence of the media environment surrounding this racemach.3. This paper researches the patterns of2012Formula One UBS Chinese GrandPrix, coming out with an conclusion: the organization or the teams always adopt threemethods to complete the transinformation, which are accepting interview, pressreleasing and holding press conferences. It is also the important manners to completethe external communication through the official websites, portals and microblog.4. The external communication promotes the development of FIA Formula OneGrand Prix World Championship, which manifests in following aspects. First of all,the external communication creates and maintain the professional racing matchimage,strengthening the whole race and team influence in globe. Secondly,theexternal communication of FIA Formula One Grand Prix World Championshipcoordinate the official organization or teams with outside environment, especially themass communication medias. Finally, through the new medias,the externalcommunication increases extra commercial income.
