The value orientation of the class questioning refers that the teachers how to set up the problem,ask the questions in order to reach a certain teaching effectiveness according to the values as guide and the value criterion. High school political lessons is a course with moral and political education and give the students the basic knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory,"Three Represents",the socialist economic, political, ideological and moral education. The core concept of the new curriculum aims to realize the quality education for every students’ development. Therefore, the class questioning of the high school political teachers depends on competency-based, fair-based, emotion-based and process-based value orientation. Since performancing the new curriculum, the high school political teachers’ class questioning presents diversity and confusion. So I think the value orientation research about the teachers’ class questioning benifits the high school political teachers to realize the new curriculum, understand it and performance it better.After looking up a large number of documents, combining the questionnaire and class observation,I analyze the situation about the high school political teachers’ class questioning,and the deviation performance and the causes about the value orientation of the class questioning.In the meanwhile, putting forward the trategy on value orientation of the class questioning.The conclusions are the followings according to the results of this study.First of all, the situation to high school political teachers’class questioning. First,we pay more attention to knowledge than competency according the questioning preset.Secondly,we pay more attention to efficiency than fair according the questioning approach.Thirdly,we pay more attention to cognitive than emotion from the questioning content.Finally,we concern the process according to the questioning effect.Secondly, the deviation of the value orientation to high school political teachers’ class questioning. The ideal value orientation is the orientation of competency-based, fair-based, emotion-based and process-based,but the value orientation exists the deviation among the teachers in the curriculum of performancing. In addition, there exit the value orientation of knowledge-based, efficiency-based,cognitive-based and result-based.All these are not the orientation of new curriculum. Thirdly, the reasons of the deviation to the value orientation of high school political teachers’ class questioning. The subjective reasons are the teachers’ cognitive dissonance,and the teachers’ cognitive deviates from the behavior. Objective reasons are the impact of the examination system,the pressure from the society, school, parents.Fourthly, the performancing strategy of the value orientation about high school political teachers’ class questioning. First,develop student’s competency by adhering competency-based. Secondly, all the students can actively participate by adhering fair-based. Thirdly, the students’ cognitive should be driven by emotion by adhering the emotion-based. Finally, we reach natural and real results by adhering the process-based.
