The native language education has irreplaceable advantage in inheritting and carrying forward their own excellent cultural traditions and the revolutionary traditions, and enhancing the nation’s cultural identity, cohesion and creativity. At the same time, it has played a very important role in promoting the development of human culture and re-creation. Therefore, in a certain extent, the success or failure of the native language education, not only determines the success or failure of their native education, but also plays a pivotal role in the advancement of human civilization. Went without saying, as a programmatic document for the development of native language education in a certain period of time, the native language curriculum criterion, formulates the correct point of native curriculum in native, objectives, content and implementation. It is the basis of the teaching materials, teaching, evaluation and examination questions. It has played a very important role In the development of the national language education and the heritage of outstanding cultural.The basic education curriculum reform of China and Australia faces the same historical background, It is at the turn of the century that meets the needs of the national and social development, in the reform of Chinese curriculum and development of Chinese education, revision and improvement of Chinese curriculum standard, It is a meaningful work of comparing and researching the Native curriculum standards between the two countries, grasping the common regulations and their respective characteristics, learning and absorbing its beneficial experience results.This study, from the perspective of macro-and micro, conducted a comparative study of Mother tongue curriculum standards in China and Australia. In the macro perspective, it includes four comparators:frame construction, design idea, the basic idea and the total aims, this study Were individually combing and compared their similarities and differences.in the micros perspective, it also includes four comparators:literacy and writing, reading, writing, and oral communication. This study carried on in-depth comparison and analysis, and got inspiration.Mother tongue education is an integral part of the national cultural traditions, on the basis of Chinese excellent culture, this study actively learn and absorb the beneficial ingredients in the Australian native language curriculum standards, put forward reflection and suggestions for further revision and improvement of our native language curriculum standards. In1.curriculum standards should further refine the goals and content standards;2. reading goals should realize students’diversity of reading text;3.writing goals should balance " personalized expression "and" Writing Strategies ", and effectively improve the students’ writing ability;4.oral communication goals should reflect the culture of thinking ", it takes more in-depth and practical significant research, in order to provide a theoretical reference for further revision and improvement of Chinese curriculum standard.
