Since China’s reform and opening up, our country foundation education has made great development,especially the basic education course construction has made remarkable achievements,but its total level needs to be improved,the basis of existing education of course can’t completely adapt to the development needs of The Times.To carry out "The State Council Decision on Deepening Education Reform and Comprehensively Promoting Education Quality"([1999] No.9) and "The State Council Decision on the Basic Education Reform and Development"([2001] No.21),the Ministry of Education issued "the foundation education course reform outline(try out)"(teach [2001] N0.17),and reforms the basic education course,system,structure,content to construct a high-qualitied curriculum that meet the new requirements.In2001the Ministry of Education promulgated the full-time compulsory education curriculum standard experiment of each course.Among then,the "The standard of Chinese curriculum in full-time compulsory education (experiment draft)", playing a key role in leading and promoting the basis of Chinese subject education. The full-time compulsory education curriculunreform experiment after ten years,on the basis of the Ministry of Education officially enacted in2011interdisciplinary compulsory education curriculum standard2011edition. Among then,the "The standard of the Chinese curriculum in compulsory education (2011edition)" is a summary of Chinese curriculum reform for ten years,and it’s also a direction for the future development Chinese elementary education,is a milestone in the history of the Chinese language education development.This study has compared the differences between two versions of the curriculum standard and provides our imagines for the modification of the Chinese education curriculum.The study is composed of preface, text and epilogue, the text part is divided into four chapters:Introduction:Explains the research background,defines three concepts,compulsory education, curriculum standards, the Chinese curriculum standards.It also provides literature review for related researches.And then this paper puts forward the main ideas of our thesis research. Chapter1:Explaining the background of two versions of Chinese curriculum standard, reveal the social development background, teaching practice background and academic background of the two versions of Chinese curriculum standard.Chapter2:Comparing and analyzing in-detail the contents of the two versions, including, including the preface, curriculum goal, implementation advice and appendix part. This is the focus of our thesis research.Chapter3:Comparing the structures of the two versions, revealing subtle variations in structure and meaning between them.Charpter4:Analyzing the reason of changes between the two versions. Explaining the leading role of2011edition of Chinese curriculum standard to teachers and students. Finally, the constructive suggestions of revisions on Chinese course standard have been put forward.Conclusion:Innovations and shortcomings of this study are pointed out.This paper argues that:compared with "The standard of Chinese curriculum in full-time compulsory education (experiment draft)", the chang of "The standard of the Chinese curriculum in compulsory education (2011edition)" are in accordance with the time and the basic demands of curriculum reform. Therefore, it will play a leading role in guiding teachers’ teaching and students’ learning activities. This article also thinks:"The standard of the Chinese curriculum in compulsory education (2011edition)" remains to have improved in the nature of expression and the construction of curriculum content.
