College Students’ democratic quality means people’s cognition, democratic habits, desire, and the ability that uses the democratic attitude and method to deal the affairs. It includes the democratic sense and ability etc. The training of College students’ democratic sense has an important meaning. It is the fundamental to fulfill the construction of the socialist harmonious society. It benefits for the development of the socialist market economy and is the need of the all-round development of University students. At present, college students’ democratic quality defects democratic knowledge, the lack of democratic knowledge and negative democratic behavior. One of the important reasons for this is that college students generally lack democratic practice opportunities and the abilities and places.
